  • Yes, this is the season --- shanghai crabs. So many ready-to-eat variations are available in Hong Kong, no need to fall in silence in troubles of decomposing the crabs.秋冬の名物といえば、上海蟹。丸のまま出てくると解体がたいへんですが、香港では食べやすいお料理もたくさん。

yeah-- this is it. これがお姿。with winter delicacy, bean-green. 豆苗に蟹あんかけ。the same dish, different restaurant.同じお料理ですがお店が違うと違うアレンジ。
crab meats on sweet rice. もち米蟹載せせいろ蒸し。nothing to say, 小龍包 with crabs.蟹入り小龍包。沈黙のおいしさ。
